Dough Relaxer

Relaxes the dough to enable it to be shaped into rolls, flat bread or pizza bases easier, with less fight and shrinkback.

  • Can be used in breads and Pastry.
  • Can be used with Improver and or softener.
  • Put an end to the fight back when your shaping pizza bases and rolls, the dough relaxer rises to the challenge.

    • It will roll out smoothly, easily and thinkly
    • Shaped rolls hold there shape better
    • Significantly reduces tearing when rolling out and shaping
    • Reduces shrink back during proving
    • Resulting in a more open texture

    Relaxer Usage:

    Use 1/2 to 1 tsp per 500g of flour, add with flour at start of mixing.

    Not recomeded for use in a bread machine, unless usuing the dough or pizza cycle

    This is the secret ingredient that all the pro's use to make there pizza's.

     Vital Wheat Gluten Flour

    • A natural Protein derived from Wheat.
    • Gluten has the ability to trap carbo-dioxide produced by the yeast, allowing structure to be stronger and the dough to rise.
    • Ideal for use with Wholemeal or seeded breads.
