Organic Strong Wholemeal Flour

  • Stoneground 100% Whole wheat or wholemeal flour.
  • 100% wholewheat 100% delicious.
  • The wholegrain milled with nothing added or removed.
  • Great with cheeses, cured meats, Salmon or any setting. Great thickly sliced and toasted.
  • A flour full of flavour, best eaten with 6 weeks of milling to get the best flavour.
  • We like 100% wholemeal and work well in our own Panasonic breadmaker (can't vouch for other makes)
  • 100% wholemeal can be a bit dense so try 4:1 wholemeal and white or French T55 or 3:2 or 50:50.

Organic Strong Brown Flour

  • Made from wholemeal flour with some of the bran removed. Leaving a flour that is lighter than wholemeal but more flavour than white flour.
  • Great for breads and rolls.

  • Use as strong white. Be careful in the bread maker use on rapid bake as it hs a good rise and can lift the lid.
