Mail Order Form

To order - simply print off and complete the form and then send it with payment to: Claybrooke Country Foods, Claybrooke Mill, Frolesworth Lane, Claybrooke Magna, Leicesterhsire LE17 5DB.

As we mill to order please allow 14 days for delivery.

Delivery Details (please Read)

Please state in the box above where your parcel can be left if you are not in to accept it (eg a neighborough, garage etc) Please be aware Claybrooke Mill can not be held resonsible for parcels left without a signature.

If a signature cannot be obtained for your parcel and you have not stated that it can be left without a signature, a card will be placed through the door, then it will be returned to your local office and an attempt to redeliver will be made the following working day. After this the parcel is kept at the depot for a further 5 working days awaiting your instructions before being returned to us. Should your parcel be returned, an additional delivery cost of £7.50 will be leived. Should you require your parcel to be re-delivered a further charge of Postage will be payable.

Despatch Times:

Orders are ususally despatched within 7-10 days but please allow 28 days for delivery. They are delivered by Royal Mail (upto 1kg) or courier between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Please supply us with an alternative delivery address if you are not at home during these times.

Do not accept the parcel if damaged.
