Dough Relaxer for doughs and pastries.

Put an end to the fight back when your shaping pizza bases and rolls, the dough relaxer rises to the challenge.

This is great for:

  • Pizza crusts especially thin ones
  • Flat breads : foccacia
  • Rolls 
  • Hand sheped bread
  • Croissants
  • Pancakes

  • Improves the workability of Dough
  • It will roll out smoothly and easily
  • Significantly reduces tearing when rolling out and shaping
  • Reduces shrink back during proving
  • Resulting in a more open texture

Relaxer Usage:

  • Use 1/2 to 1 tsp per 500g of flour, add with flour at start of mixing.
  • Not recomeded for use in a bread machine, unless usuing the dough or pizza cycle.

This is the secret ingredient that all the pro's use to make there pizza's.

Supplied in a 100g reseaable pot or for larger users a plastic bag in sizes of 500g, 900g and larger.
